Our Students...
I feel extremely privileged to place on record my experience with Mr.R L Clement & his Academy of Cake Decorating in Sri Lanka. The Diploma course I followed at the Academy made me explore a lot of hidden talents & strengths, the professional and methodical coaching fined tuned the knowledge & interest I already possessed from my childhood. Following the course was an enjoyable and a very pleasant experience and I’m sure those memories will forever remain in my thoughts. Today as a Instructor I share the knowledge which I gained from the Academy with beginners who are passionate about cake making & decorating from various countries residing in Dubai. I remember Mr.R L Clement and his dedicated team at every moment of my success and would recommend & invite foreign students to join the Academy & to discover great wonders of sugar craft- let then bring out the real you, hidden within you!
With heartfelt gratitude, I wish Mr. R L Clement & his team all the very best.

Rangika Mathew, Cake making and decorating Instructor- Dubai, U.A.E

“I was a self employed cake maker when I joined R.L. Clement Cake Decorating School to do my Diploma in Cake decorating which helped me to perfect my sugar crafting skills as a professional cake maker. I attended the short courses offered by the school on novel crafting techniques to keep up in my profession. At present I’m employed at a reputed cake shop in Hamilton, New Zealand and pictures of my cakes were published in Bride and Groom Magazine in New Zealand. I won first places with all my entries at the Hamilton Cake Show 2008. I’m grateful to Mr. Clement for the invaluable guidance given to me as my cake decorating teacher”
