Malmee Cake Show |

Every year in March, our school holds the worlds biggest cake show in Sri Lanka. There are over 500 students participating in this show. Students’ participation is a requirement to obtain the Diploma in Cake Making and Decorating. Students from every part of Sri Lanka participate in this show. This consists of wedding cake structures, novelty cakes, flower arrangements, plants, plaques, and gelatin cake structures. Our main sponsors of this event are Motha Confectionaries (Pvt) Ltd and HANTS Group the Wilton agents in sri lanka. More than 5000 people attend this show annually.

Gelatin Show |
In the fourth quadrant of every year we hold an exhibition of Gelatin Creations. The students of our gelatin classes display various kinds of gelatin creations such as sceneries bridal bouquets, table arrangements Christmas décor , various kinds of sculptures made out of gelatin.
