R.L.Clement Cake Decorating School was started 30 years ago to provide high quality & expert designed cakes to disseminate the knowledge of cake decorating which is in par with international standards among Sri Lankans.

R.L.Clement, the renowned Cake Decorator had been in the field of Cake Making for the last 30 years He is the Sri Lankan Representative of the U.S based International Cake Exploration Society (I.C.E.S) & a regular Demonstrator at the I.C.E.S convention since 1996. Last year at the I.C.E.S, convention he demonstrated the art of Gelatin Creations in Cake Decorating, which was invented by him & introduced for the first time in the year 2004. After this particular demonstration, He was invited to do lectures on Gelatin Creations in many Cake Decorating Institutes.
